Returns & Exchanges

1. The maximum period for an exchange or return is 15 days from the delivery date.
2. The Client must present the original receipt or purchase order sheet without deletions or alterations.
3. The Customer can make returns or physical exchanges due to damage to the packaging or product.
4. In the event of a return, the amount paid may be returned through the original form of payment or in balance, through a personalized ticket to obtain a product of equal or greater cost by paying the difference.
5. Returns do not apply for products on promotion, discount, sale or offer.

Warranty

To make the guarantee effective, the Client must:

1. Send via Whats App or Email photo or screenshot of proof of payment, digital ticket or digital purchase order sheet.
2. Send any previous option without deletions or alterations and will apply based on the following:

• The warranty for Cook Ramen products will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Does not include damage due to wet, abused, worn or bumped product. No warranty is valid for opened products.
• In the case of all products, to make the guarantee valid and make an exchange or return, the product must be in good condition and packaging in good condition, photographic evidence of the condition of the product will be required.

3.The product will be replaced with a new one, the same or similar, in accordance with the value of the product and at no additional charge to the customer.

4.In the case of not having the same or similar product in stock, the consumer may choose to change the product or return their money according to their payment method.
